I finally got into a recording studio to lay down my half of the recording project I am doing with Loralee C. from California. For those who don’t know: LL #2 (Or Thing Two, as I fondly call her) is a professional singer and I have been as well. We decided to record a duet together. She picked one of my favorite songs to record and it is a perfect selection for the two of us: “For Good” from “Wicked” (The Broadway musical) 
It was an absolute BLAST. I am totally addicted to studio recording, now. My session went pretty quickly. I laid down four tracks and tweaked them with the engineer in about 75 minutes. Not bad. I’m going to send it back to Loralee in California where her recording guy will mix it all together. I’m fairly pleased with how it turned out, and Loralee and I sound really good together. I can’t wait until the final mix so you can all hear it.

I really think I will be doing this again. I want a sound studio in my house. So does Jonathan. Can you imagine how FUN that would be???!!
