It is no secret that I LOVE all things “Thin Mint Cookies”. (Especially if they are straight out of the freezer). So, when I saw this recipe for Thin Mint Truffles by Confessions of a Cookbook Queen, I pretty much fell over and died of happy. I cannot WAIT to get my Girl Scout Cookie order to make them!

Seriously, Loralee, what are you trying to do to me and my newly aspired to sugarless ways? I have like, 15 boxes of thin mints on order. I had planned to freeze them in the downstairs freezer and, after Lent, sneak 1 or 5 every time I go down to switch the laundry around. Now? Now I am planning a thin-minataplooza. But I won’t be sharing. Nope, no sharing. Get your own.
