And it has had sorrow because of this:
And for the first time in 7 years the sting of the day doesn’t hurt quite as much.
Why?
Because my arms are full of THIS:

Tis certainly amazing he sleeps at all with all the nom nom nom-ing you must do on him. Happy Mother’s Day.
It is amazing how these little babies that LIVE can help to heal the enormous pain in our hearts and souls.
I am so glad you have felt some peace today.
xoxo
It makes me smile to know that you are feeling a tiny bit less sting-y this time around. Having such a squishy beautiful gorgeous lump of a baby in your arms is sure to help, if only a little bit. I’ve been thinking a lot about you and your family over the weekend.
All of your babies are so beautiful, and so very much loved. Happy Mother’s Day, Loralee. I am glad that the hurt is a wee bit less today.
Happy Mother’s Day! That is a beautiful little boy!
You made me get my bittersweet smile out.
*hugs*
A day that is supposed to be celebratory and happy can often leave a lump my throat the size of Texas…and is not always easy and fun. But I too and thankful that God gave me 4 chitlins to fill up the voids with hugs and love. Hope you had a great day!
I’m so glad the day is better than you’d expected – I hope you can feel how many people care about you and are thinking of you.
Happy Mother’s Day!
Absolutely LOVE that last photo. And I’m glad Mother’s Day was perhaps a bit less bitter and a bit more sweet this year.
I am so happy it was just a little tiny bit less painful this year. It will keep getting better…I promise!! XO!
Yes, that would take out some sting for sure. You definitely have a looker there, Sweetie! I am more pleased tho’ that your arms were full, and hope that your heart was as full.
It brings a smile to my heart to know that your heart (and your arms) are so full.
Happy Mother’s Day :)
So, just wondering, what is going to power your blog now? Big pink cookies?
*hugs*
Glad your sweet Butterlump made the day easier for you.
