Divorce sucks. And its effects last a lifetime. The divorce from my 1st husband left me feeling like I had been crushed under his boot. We also had a child together. I wish I could say my son was left with a divorce aftermath closer to yours than what was his reality. I wish. I never like to talk about my ex bcuz even to this day I struggle with any interaction I have with him. And my son is an adult now. Scary.
