I was the kind of person that worried about everything and then some. Once I had MS I could more easily see how it physically affected me and I HAD to make a change. I had to change how I reacted to things and I had to change how many things I took on and even decided to work fewer hours. Please try to help your sister make some changes in her life to help reduce her stress. It will make a big difference to improve her health. It took MS for me to realize how stress affected my body.
