I wanted to get a different perspective on the things that happen in this country, and try, at the same time, to get a larger perspective on what we do outside our borders. Along with all of that, naturally, comes the news of the world. Thank the Goddess I've got XM Radio and Baseball season is almost here. Something worth listening to. A while ago, I decided to listen to the BBC World Service. I mean, I'm glad that cat is recovering after being shot in the face, but then again, what kind of world do we live in when people go around shooting cats in the face? Quite frankly, the news out there is too skewed toward the negative. There's a lot of shit out there, sure, but there's a lot of good too, and the news telling is not proportional to reality. Why?
