Remember how my garage door fell down last week?
The repairman hasn’t come to fix it yet. My garage door is stuck open with all my belongings open for all the world to see. (I guess it’s a good thing I live in is one of the safest metropolitan area in the country, huh?)
And?
Yesterday the power blew in my bedroom. JUST my bedroom. No, the circuit wasn’t tripped, in the wall somewhere, something blew and so now the power is out in JUST MY ROOM.
Oh, and the doorbell stopped working. It has brand new batteries, it just stopped dead and left me with no ringy for my dingy.
I am beginning to think that this brand-new townhouse is cursed. I’m just waiting for the moon to turn to blood, and swarms of locusts and plague and pestilence to appear…

Oh new construction woes. I just wonder how some builders stay in business sometimes. In our old condo, I would go through three or four blow dryers a year because the wiring in the bathroom was all screwy and kept killing my hair implements. Hope everything gets fixed soon!

I hate my cursed house. It’s far too new to have had pipes break on two separate occasions (flooding!), to have broken bathroom fixtures, broken doors, etc. I like the floor plan and that we have a big yard, but if I could sell my house today I would do it in a heartbeat. Crappy market… (Although now would be the time to buy!)
