Ever since I installed 2.5 I have gotten a lot of notifications to moderate comments that look like this:

A new comment on the post # “” is waiting for your approval
Author : (IP: , )
E-mail :
URL :
Whois :
Comment:

All the info is blank. Has anyone been having issues with comments being “Eaten” by WordPress?

    I haven’t, but I also have Akismet installed to catch anything other then a regular comment…

    I have akismet as well, but this doesn’t look like the ones that it catches. It’s just WEIRD.
