Dude! Baking chocolate is usually sugar free. A bite *might* put you off the chocolate craving, at least for three minutes or so…
my cleaning lady is in my kitchen – episode 2. continued from the day two comment section. ok…my cleaning lady went to get the mop. maybe i can sneak in there and get the diet coke while she is filling the mop bucket in the bathtub. if i take a drink out of the liter bottle i don’t have to share…stay tuned for the exciting conclusion of natalie’s diet coke dilemma.
step away from the pantry.
Ah, a little bit of baking chocolate never hurt anybody. You can’t be too strict on yourself or you’ll burn out on the new regime and start binge eating or something. You have to allow yourself little comforts.
I think aspirin has caffeine in it??? Take one of those, might help with the headache too!
YOU CAN DO IT!!
XOXO
Baking chocolate is NOT that bad. Really. I’ve eaten plenty when I’ve been desperate. I’m sort of following your lead, although unintentionally. Since coming back to London, I’ve pretty much abandoned sugar. It’s pretty nice, actually.
I’m totally watching you babe! (As a total side note, my oldest sister had to actually leave my grandmother’s funeral to get a Diet Coke–she was that addicted, and now 15 years later she’s still drinking it.)
