There are a couple of things going on in my life that are huge.
I can’t talk about the life-changing thing.
(Sorry, I hate it when people bring up things they can’t talk about on their blogs, but I needed to say something about it because I need to talk about it in SOME fashion or I would explode. This blog is also the journal of my life and I need to record it in some small way. Let’s just say that it is both necessary and sucks a duck, ok?)
I CAN talk about a couple of things that I am starting TODAY that are making me freak, though.
Today I start going to the gym.
This means that I am also on a 1,200 to 1,400 calorie a day regime.
Why?
I DO need to do it for my health. I always feel better when I’m working out.
BUT.
My primary motivations boils down to vanity and necessity, my friends.
I put back on some of the pounds that I lost last year to fit into this gorgeous (And custom-tailored) concert dress for my solo performance in “The Messiah”.
I am reprising that role again this year and if I don’t lose those pounds before the end of March I will be singing in front of an orchestra and audience buck nekkid.
(And I would really not like the audience’s eyes to start bleeding, so it really is best for all that I just lose the weight.)
My dress used to fit like THIS:
Currently, my dress fits like this.
I’m not shelling out hundreds of bucks for a new dress, so I suppose the only thing to do is get my heiny to the gym. Don’t worry, I will be safe and responsible. This is not extreme dieting. I still have a lot habits from doing this last year that have stuck, so I am hoping that it is easier.
AND!!!
As of today, I am also taking a break from Diet Coke.
(Yes, those were the sounds of Satan making ice cubes down in the formerly fiery pits of hell.)
No, I have not been abducted by aliens and given a mind transplant and an anal probe. No, my blog has not been hacked. No, this is not a vast right-wing conspiracy.
I.am.doing.this.
For the next 47 days I will attempt to be “Diet Coke Free”. (I can’t bring myself to say “I am giving it up forever”, so I’m just saying I am going to abstain until after my performances are over.)
I don’t know if I am completely crazy or totally brave.
To quote Victoria Beckham, “This is MAJOR.”
I love Diet Coke.
I drink a LOT OF IT A DAY. So much that it is both nauseating to normal people and embarrassing to me. So much that I can’t talk about exact amounts. It is my security, my friend, and my constant companion. I can always rely on it to be there.
It is probably my #2 obsession and addiction and I am going to feel like I’m missing a limb without it in my life.
Not that you need any convincing but just in case you are not grasping the “Bigness” of this decision, see photographic evidence:
Sigh.
Diet Coke, how I shall MISS THEE!
The next few days are not going to be pretty my friends, no not at ALL. I’m giving up Diet Coke, junk food, a lot of my non-junky-but-still-really-not-conducive-to-weight-loss-foods and there’s other stuff going on in my life.
I feel like Linus from Charlie Brown and I am giving up my blankie, but it isn’t just one blankie, it feels more like ELEVENTYHUNDRED BLANKIES.
I hope I don’t totally fall on my ass in front of you all. If I do, I will fess up. While I want to succeed, I’m sure there will be some falling off the wagon, but I need to be accountable to someone.
I have taken measurements and before shots, but I am just too wiped out tonight to post them.
Wish me luck.
Better than luck, if any of you have any low-calorie foods, recipes, snacks or work out tips, let me know.
I am going to need all the help I can get.
P.S.
I know that there are many of you who have significant weight struggles and are probably going ‘Oh, WAH for her, the big whiner!” I get that, I really do. Think of it more this way…I am more frightened about giving up the biggest obsessions/addictions in my life than any amount of weight I have to lose or exercise I have to go through. I need to be accountable to someone. I am not meaning to seem like a whiner or seem like my plight sucks because I have 6 weeks to drop a small amount of weight, really I don’t.
Thank you for understanding.

I like you. I like your dress. :)
*gasp!* This cannot be! Okay, I guess it can.
I still die over that dress every time I see it. GORGEOUS!
That dress is BEAUTIFUL. And you look beautiful in it.
(I gave up Diet Coke for two! years. TWO. WHOLE. YEARS. Now? Addicted again. Le sigh.)
don’t forget to start training your “Diva Fluffers” for the big show.your outfit looks very nice.
as you say “goodbye” to diet coke for a while remember to drink lots of water.
oooh i looove the sleeves on that dress, ya big whiner.
go you!
you.can.do.it.
!
Vx
All good luck to you! I am very overweight right now…no excuses, that’s just the way it is.
However, when I WAS successfully losing 80 lbs on Weight Watchers, I actually became addicted to ICE WATER! I had a big insulated mug next to me ALL THE TIME! Believe me when I say this….ice water STILL tastes better to me than any other beverage! (and it’s FREE!)
I’m trying to get back into shape after baby, and my exercise advice is to do something FUN– even if it’s not the most intense– because at least you’ll stick with it. I got this mom/baby yoga DVD from an aunt, and it’s more like playing with the baby than working out, so I don’t have to find time without the baby to do it, because really, I can barely find the time without the baby to use the bathroom.
Good luck and good for you. By the way, diet soda is even worse for your health than regular soda, so I have a feeling that you’ll feel so much better when it’s out of your system. And even if you do go back to it, maybe you’ll find yourself drinking less than before, which would be something.
YOU are gorgeous and that dress is spectacular! I have no doubt that you will be able to reach your goal. I happened across a book the other day about something called the “tea diet.” Green and white teas are supposed to speed up your metabolism and act as appetite suppressants. Any chance you could replace Diet Coke with some yummy tea?
good luck!
At least you are not in denial over your obsession with Diet Coke. My mother is. She has been an addict for 30 years. When I refuse to buy it when she comes, she sneaks it into the house. In my opinion, that is a true sign. :-)
Today I weep for your loss.
But I totally get it. And Diet Coke is the best kind of friend. It will be waiting when you finish. And will never blame you for leaving it. It’s about unconditional love.
That dress is stunning… but why Diet Coke? That seems unnecessarily cruel to do to yourself… Me, that’s something I could never do. Though I have noticed that lately it doesn’t taste as good as it usually does… I was thinking that maybe I’m drinking too much of it and the “nectar of the Gods” factor has worn off, like I’ve built up an immunity to the deliciousness. I thought for a moment about cutting back, but quickly came back to my senses!
Good luck!
As I say to Eason….”Sometimes we have to do things that are hard for our own good.” Ya, whatever! Good Luck! (are you pregnant? just asking!)
By the Way, I had to stop drinking caffeine, so I started drinking sparkling mineral water with Lemon. I love it! Merritt thinks it tastes like armpits… like he’s tasted them before! But, I love it!!! I’m cheering for you to get into that gorgeous dress again!!!!
I love, love, love that dress. It’s gorgeous!
Best of luck with your goals. I hope the Diet Coke addiction doesn’t get the best of you. I’m sure that’s a hard thing to give up.
Good luck! I’m not sure where your cutoff is for “low-calorie,” but as far as better-for-you snacks go, my favorites are pita bread and hummus (for salty) and vanilla yogurt with canned pineapple or peaches (in juice, not syrup) stirred in (for sweet). These almost always tide me over when I want chips or ice cream or other naughty foods. Sadly, I don’t know of a substitution for Diet Coke.
Good Luck! Now get out there and kick some hiney. :o)
I’m still just as much in awe of that dress as I was when I first saw it.
Good luck with your mission! Hopefully you fare better than I ever did and I (sadly) have absolutely no tips for you.
I do, however, have LOTS of encouragement!
You rock!
P.S. – I used to have a nasty Vanilla Coke habit so I totally hear you. I was up to 5 or 6 20 oz bottle a day! Of regular soda!!! (You would think I would have lost some weight when I quit, but I didn’t. My complexion is nicer though.)
Godspeed my friend. It is a harsh lonely road to travel. The road to health is (sadly) not paved in soda.
You’ll make it though! Then after the 47 days you can have a Diet Coke PARTY!
Good for you to undertake this goal. Good luck on it.
My best advice is to plan your meals ahead of time, and portion them out first. Commit to only eating the portioned amount and no seconds. What works for me is to divide my lunch into snacks that I eat throughout the day, maybe every two hours or so. The idea is to both keep your metabolism up by constantly fueling, and to just keep your hunger at bay. The goal isn’t to be satisfied, but to not be hungry.
For exercising, be realistic. If you try to hit it too hard too fast, you will be more likely to give up. Still, if you only have six weeks, that might not apply to you.
Good luck!
That dress is breathtaking!! Like, Oscars breathtaking.
I’m sure you know, but cutting out soda will help drop lbs very quickly.
When I was pregnant (the first time and actually paranoid about caffiene) I drank that carbonated lemon water and lime water. It made me *think* I was having soda bc it was carbonated. Not great, but worked in a pinch…
Good luck!!
If only I still had my membership… /sigh This year sucks. I am tired of watching kids three days a week and not getting to do anything for myself.
Eek! Good luck!
That’s why my addiction is Iced Tea. One which, I hope, I will never have to give up. No calories (no sugar!), no fat. Just caffeine, and even that can be cut out easily. LOVE. ME. SOME. ICED. TEA.
I could not give up my sweet DC. You are a valiant woman.
You know that I posted about my weight journey, but her is my top ten list that I emailed OMSH.
1. Cut out the white stuff (bread, rice, pasta). You can add *a little* back in later.
2. For that matter, cut down on breads/starches. Apart from my morning Oatmeal, I try not to eat many more bread products in a day.
3. STOP EATING THREE HOURS before bed. Not a raisin, not a grape. NOTHING. I kid you not – you will lose 5 pounds in a week…if you don’t try and make up for it during the day.
4. EAT MORE VEGGIES. Seriously. Fill up on veggies (Green/orange/red ones. NOT potatoes – see starch note above).
5. EAT BREAKFAST. Breakfast kick starts your metabolism during the day. I eat oatmeal with Splenda and cinnamon, because it fills me up, and it’s healthy.
6. CUT OUT SUGAR. If sugar is one of the first 5 ingredients in something, IT IS NOT FOR YOU. Seriously. Splenda is an alternative, as is stevia. I’ve heard that stevia is bitter, though I have never tried it myself.
7. Drink DIET COKE. Sorry. Couldn’t help myself.
8. Drink a lot of water. Water flushes fat. Chug-a-lug! If it’s too bland for you, try adding Crystal Light or something similar.
9. Cut down on the margaritas. I KNOW! Trust me – you can add them back later.
10. Get the stomach flu. It always seems to come when I need to lose the last 10 pounds.
Except maybe change Diet Coke to Crystal Light?
xoxo
Wow…you look delish! I was about to punch you until I scrolled down and realized that the first 2 pictures were of where you want to be – not where you are. Yes, I see the no-zippy action now.
BUT you know, you still look damn good, right? Okay, that being said – I know you can do it. You don’t have far to go. And the diet coke? Are you replacing it with water?
Call me crazy, but I don’t feel the need to purge myself of diet cola. I mean, one quits smoking, quits drinking – quits crack, even. But diet cola and coffee? Dude, what’s left?
I love the dress…so purty!
Well I don’t have any good advice seeing as I haven’t dragged my flabby white ass to the gym yet THIS YEAR and I am in panic mode as Target as their new line of swimsuits in. GAH GAH GAH.
Good luck! You can do it!
I have a Diet Coke habit too. It’s my number one obsession and I know it’s not good for me but I must have it. I feel your pain. I really do. Good luck with your weight loss. The dress is gorgeous!
Good luck with that….Get lots of fun drinks from the store…ones you haven’t tried before…all sorts of fun juices.
Also I hope you do good at the gym, I really need to too. For my health also, I’ve weighed the most I’ve ever weighed in my life, and I feel so unhealthy. Let us know how your progress goes….maybe take some pictures for us to see at the gym….:)
I must now go short Coca Cola stock. That is, if I actually believed that you will go 47 days without the Nectar of the Gods.
Earnest and supportive sensitivities aside, I’m certain that some part of the known universe will collapse as a consequence should you succeed. I’m just saying… :-)
As to weight loss, how the heck would i know anything about that??? Although I do hear that vomiting after eating can be very effective! :-)
You can do it! (both the weight loss and the quitting of diet coke….for now)
I gave up Diet Coke 3 years ago. It was my water, my meals at time, and my total vice. All of a sudden one Tuesday morning it hit me that I hadn’t had any Diet Coke since Sunday, which was extremely odd. So I decided I’d roll with and see how long I could go. Haven’t had any since and truly haven’t look back. Actually the thought of it now grosses me out, if you can even believe it.
So anyway, you can do it. Have fun at the gym! Ooh, you should look into Turbojam workout. It is so much fun!
Good luck to you. I know it is hard because I have been trying to lose about 10 more pounds and I am having a very hard time.
YOU CAN DO IT!
I was just looking at your before and now picture again real quick-
Dude! With a little bit of Spanx, you are totally in! It’s only a little bit of zipper!!
;)
I can’t believe someone didn’t notice the very simple FACT that the “Kissing the Coke Cup” photo is the one you should be using for your headshot.
And by the way, that’s a great “lent’ thing, giving up the DC… I drink 3×44oz of the rot each day. It’s a thing I do.
You MUST publish date/time for this performance. I will need to check the headshot in the program. Barring the coke cup picture, I would go with the mouth closed photo though. Seriously. Good shot.
:)
I wish I looked like your before. Sigh.
I thought about joining you in the diet coke abstention, but I’m not there yet. I’m not an addict, I can quit ANY TIME I WANT!
wow! My hero! Diet Coke Free… I believe in you, you CAN do it!
So you really ARE moving to IDAHO!! WHOOOPEEEEE! I love life changing events!!!
As for the Diet Coke, I will light a candle for you – a Pepsi candle, but a candle nonetheless. Miss you!
My hubby and I were just talking the other day how I am addicted to Diet coke! I said I would go a week without it and I already FAILED!! You’re my inspiration!! I am going to try again….Tomorrow!! HA!
And, of course, you ARE a Whiner!
Gorgeous dress…good luck on the diet. You’ll do it…and maybe just one diet coke sneak will be alright!
That dress is GORGEOUS!!! As Junie B. Jones would say, “Wowie-wowie-wow-wow!” (If you’re not familiar with Junie B. Jones, check out the kindergarten section of your library).
About the Diet Coke – I gave up my gallon-a-day habit about 13 years ago. I still drink the occasional caffeine-free version, but it’s not such a habit anymore. You should meet Lori, my formerly addicted friend. She once had a tantrum in Macey’s when they ran out of Diet Coke at the fountain. And when i say tantrum, I mean TANTRUM!!! Holy cow! 35-year-old women should not stomp their little feet and throw themselves down on the floor in public! Even I was a little flabbergasted, and that doesn’t happen easily! Although i once saw her have a similar episode after being asked to be the chorister in Primary…yikes!
I may have to go see The Messiah this year. We haven’t been since the year HSF sang in it. Great fun!
The dress is so worth any pain you have to endure for a month or two! Beautiful! You can do it…
Firstly, ELEVENTYHUNDRED is the best number ever. Also firstly, put down the 40 of Diet Coke, Loralee. (and give it to me because I sort of depend on it for fuel)
Secondly, this is what I eat a LOT of. I lost about 85 pounds in a year just calorie-counting the hell out of everything. The following is still a regular (heh heh no pun intended) snack:
WARNING—HUGE FIBER COUNT AHEAD—ACTUALLY, THIS IS MORE OF A WARNING TO YOUR HUSBAND AND THOSE YOU LIVE WITH—
The FOOD:
Buy Mission Brand Tortillas–Shelf Stable, the low calorie, high fiber ones. This is called out on the package. They’re found by the taco goodies. They’re expensive ($3.99 for 10 or so), but worth it. I’ll explain in a second.
Buy a bag of Fat Free Shredded Cheese. I prefer Kraft, but any will do.
Buy a bottle of Ortega Medium Taco Sauce.
Now do the hokey-pokey and spin yourself around….(actually, that will come later as the fiber count in this little dish deems the title of this meal, COLON BLOW…still, it’s good)
Directions:
1. Place 2 of these tortillas on a plate. Top each with 28g of cheese and 2 tbsp of the taco sauce.
2. Microwave open-faced until gooey
3. Roll up and enjoy.
Best part of this whole little exercise? It’s a total of 2 weight watcher points (because of all the Friggin Fiber!!) and it is sooooo filling. I’ll bet you’d do fine with just one.
P.S. That dress is divine.
i think you should give up the diet coke gradually…
i’ve been tapering off the diet dew. it’s been hard, but it’s ok.
The dress is stunning. As are you. :)
I remember seeing those pics once, before WiMSC linked you, and I thought, “Wow, this woman is gorgeous!” I still think that now, especially now, after reading your words.
That being said. I know many ppl that lose weight when they give up the diet coke. I bet it’s what you need.
Can’t wait to see you in that dress again, yo!
I was going to ask the pregnant thing too before I read about the dress ;) You are SO beautiful, seriously. Good luck with no Diet Coke, I’m that bad with regular Coke. I mean, Coca-Cola… not the other “coke” haha. I bet I could lose a LOT of weight on that one… but then I’d have to deal with the whole addiction part of it. Oh who I am kidding, I am addicted to coca-cola just as bad.
I gave up soda for Lent. I lasted all of 1 day. I would make a really bad Catholic.
I’ll bet you will feel so much better though, a month from now.
sucks a duck
That is a new one, haven’t heard it before. OTOH, I too drink way too much soda. Been debating whether I was going to kick it to the curb, probably should.
I skimmed through the comments and it doesn’t look like anyone else has mentioned this, but watch out for some monster caffeine headaches when you quit diet coke. Grab some Excedrin to take when it gets real bad for the first few days. Good luck!
Alexandria says:
Why thank you! I am fairly fond of both, too!
hairyshoefairy:
Sadly, it IS. I’m really going to try it. GAH! I love the dress. It makes me so happy.
kerrianne:
FIRST? YOU WENT TWO WHOLE YEARS WITHOUT DC? You.are.my.hero. Even if you’re back on, you went 24 freaking MONTHS!! Wow.
tjk:
HEE! The diva fluffer should be rarin’ to go!
sarah bean:
Me, TOO! I just wish my arms didn’t give me so much angst!
Vanessa:
I.freaking.hope.so!
Sharon:
I hope that I like water more. It’s always been a struggle for me. I’m just not a fan. I WANT to be, though. Let’s hope that it sticks!
Sara:
I hope I feel better because if I don’t I am going to be pissed off after going through all of this!!!
rima says:
THANK YOU! Sadly, it’s probably just going to be water for me…I don’t really like anything else that doesn’t contain asparteme.
Amber says:
Oh, I would SO be a Diet Coke SNEAKER, TOO! She totally has a problem.
glittersmama says:
Thank you. I know you feel my pain. Now, if I was NOT ALLERGIC TO IBUPROFEN so that I could get rid of this headache, the world would be happier.
Jill (CDJ):
I had moments where the “Magic” was subdued with DC. It always came back, though!
I have to at least try to give up DC. I drink SOOOOOOOOOOO much of it. I know it will be a major negative to my health. Even if I end up going back on, my hope is to not drink as MUCH as I do now. :S
Erin Evans Taylor says:
I doubt I will find a suitable drinking subsitute, but that is probably just me being bitter. Wah.
Considering that your brother is the tenor soloist, you should come up for the performance!! It would rock to see you again.
Fluent Brittish:
It is going to SUCK so much, but I need to do it. :S
Amber says:
The hummus is a yum idea. I OD’d on yogurt , but the hummus is IN!
Mom2four:
I’d be happy to just be able to walk quickly!
Angela:
I remember your pain when they stopped making it.
If only it could be paved with soda. Then the road to health would seem a WHOLE LOT MORE APPEALING!
Sra:
The meals are freaking me out a little. Thankfully, my mom is currently an uber health nut and she is helping me with some things.
I went pretty slow yesterday, but it still made me pretty sore. :S
Danielle:
Thank you about the dress. I love it. I knew the second I saw it that it was “The One”. I am not a fan of lemon in my water, but who knows, I may change my mind later!
Bridgy:
I TOTALLY MISS YOU working out with me. Plus, they have totally redone EVERYTHING and it.is.gorgeous.
AMomTwoBoys:
It’s either water or DC for me. I do like coffee, but since I’m trying to give up caffeine, that is sort of a no-no as well.
Angella:
I loved this list. I will struggle with not eating at night. I am a TOTAL insomniac. Maybe cutting out the caffeine will help with this??
Kimberly:
Oh, I have no real complaints with how I look. Seriously, after weighing 280, I am FINE with how I am. I just HAVE to fit into that dress.
Apparently, Diet Coke IS something you have to give up when you take it to the level I do. It’s pretty bad. Sigh.
Jamie:
Yup, it has been 8 months for me and my body is FEELING it.
Elizabeth:
It is so stupid to some people but it is like a good friend. I MISS IT. :*(
Melly:
I used to really love the drink “Diet Air” but they don’t make it any more. :(
I took “Before photos” but I’m not sure if I’ll publish them. I guess it would depend on how well all of this goes. Ug.
The Brother:
Don’t be a hater. If I recall you went through a “No Diet Coke Phase” as well!
I will clarify that my diet will NOT include our “Food Day” on Saturday!! No way would I skimp on “Country French” day. Bring on the baked brie, cassoulet and chocolate souffle, baby!
Alison:
Oh, I hear you on the ‘Water and meals’ thing. I wish that I could just wake up and three days had passed.
Southernbelle:
Those 10 lbs can be freaking STUBBORN. GRRR!!!!! Good luck in YOUR battle, too!
Danielle:
I could use spanxs, but I really prefer not to when I sing because I feel like I have better breath control without it.
I’m more worried about my flappy arms.
I lost about 130 lbs when I was 19 and I have sag. :(
ThatOneGuy:
The kissing of the Diet Coke was taken by my friend Karen this summer I had just gotten back from Arizona (Two of my aunts died and I got stuck in the hideous wild fires that were burning. It.was.hell.)
She brought me that DC and I was so grateful to be back!
Christine:
You just keep telling yourself that. (HEE HEE HEE) Seriously, though. I can’t quite believe I’m trying this. We’ll see how it goes.
heather:
I KNOW. I feel a little bit crazy for doing it. I hope I don’t fail. If I keep it up after my performances, I will have to change my adorable icon. Wah
macpipergirl:
DUDE, I AM NOT MOVING TO IDAHO!!!! Do you know how many emails and phone calls I got about this???!!!!! HEE HEE HEE HEE!
Jen From 2Bee’s Hive:
I double dog dare you!! You can do it!!!(Of course, I could just be saying this to know that someone else if feeling my pain!!!)
The Brother:
Of course, you WOULD say that since your nickname for me is Whiner #1!!!
Amy:
I would have probably sneaked a little one already, except that I have accountability to you all and DUDE, I have to make it more than one day!!!
grandmamarie:
Yup, I would say that I was up to a gallon a day. AND? I would say that my EXPLOSION at the gas station at Judy did have something to do with the fact that I needed a DC fix (She does still TOTALLY suck. Just to clarify)
HRH:
I sure hope so, because IT SUCKS right now. (Wah!)
The Over-Thinker:
Hee. I am very fond of eleventyhundred, as well. I am really grateful for the food recipe. It is going to be tough to find quick foods I can make without a ton of preparation. It sounds yummy.
jess:
Unfortunately, with my personality, I can’t go any way other than cold turkey. I don’t have the discipline or moderation. And it sucks, OH how it sucks.
metalia:
Thank you so much. Now if I could only get your mad Karaoke skills. :)
Secret Agent Mama:
Awe…You are so sweet to say so. I lurve WIMSP! I am hoping that cutting it out makes me less “Snacky”. We shall see.
Kelly~ Mommy and the Marine says:
I USED to be addicted to Coke. I HATED Diet Coke. Then I had a hard time losing the last 10 lbs after my last son was born and I calculated how many freaking calories I was getting from Coke and MADE myself switch. I can never go back, now. Coke is too sweet for me.
My years on coke and pregnant barfing KILLED my teeth. It makes me sad. :(
(And THANK you for the compliment!)
Adria Sha:
HEE! That is so funny because I totally thought about giving up soda for Lent, even though I have never practiced a religion that participates in it. Maybe this can count? (I think if I didn’t have to account to the Internet I would have given up TODAY as well.)
Jack:
Sucks a duck is one of my favorite sayings, ever! I lurve soda. I hope I can do this. :S
Tasha:
OH, yes. I am feeling that pretty darn bad right now. I am not going to take the Excedrine because that would just prolong the hideousness.
Loralee off Diet Coke? Shocking!
I haven’t read everything above, but I will share my tip:
I eat whatever the heck I want — just less of it. Which is a little hard sometimes, but I can already tell my stomach-capacity is shrinking. Also I try to eat more regularly, especially breakfast, which is horrifying to me, and to include (proportionally) a little more protein and of course veggies. Actually, protein with breakfast makes it more bearable, come to think of it…
You go girl, you can do it!
And? Satan making ice cubes… heeheehee.
I am convinced there is something in Diet Coke that makes people crave it – everyone I know who drinks DC drinks HUGE quantities of it. Good luck going off the crack…
Omg! that dress is gorgeous on you! I miss you a ton!!1 love you lots-Siera
ps. psss kim……lol
