Update: I am Borg. Sigh.

I am doing better, but true to nature, the next wave has hit: Sick kids.

Plus, one of them has a big project due for history tomorrow, so my wrap up and THANK YOU TO ALL YOU KIND SOULS THAT ARE UNBELIEVABLY KIND will probably get written in the wee smalls tonight or tomorrow.

Until then I know I have been a crap blogger, so I will throw you a bone and leave you with a confession:

Because my kids have been home sick I now have THIS in my head NON-STOP….AND I AM ACTUALLY LIKING IT:

You now have permission to mock me.

Soon I will start having my human flesh replaced by mechanical, robotic parts and spouting “Resistance is futile”.

Somebody.

Save me.

Please?

    I know. Isn’t it sad?

I even tried thinking about the ‘Duh duh duh dah, duh duh duh da, duh duh duh duh duh duh duh duh” song “Tom’s Diner” by Suzanne Vega to try and drown it out.

    It didn’t work.

    Sigh…

You’re the chemist, MacKenzie…Do you think that this could be linked to long-term exposure to cold medication???

Though I will admit to enjoying all the HSM movies. It’s a sickness! Damn those crafty Disney people!

At least it’s not the song “Fabulous”, right?

I am so glad that my 3 kids (9, 9, and 11) aren’t into High School Musical. They’ve seen HSM twice and HSM 2 once.

Since I’ve had many of my parts (read female) removed, and my knee joint replaced with some weird ultra-strong metal, I think I am on my way to becoming a Borg!
It’s not all it’s cracked up to be, however…
So keep the parts you have and take good care of them!

hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha! That is about all I can say. It may be paybacks for the times you mocked me as your children and I were touting the various good and bad parts of said musical. You may feel like crap over this, but I am feeling just a little giddy over it. yes, I know, I need a life. hahahaha

There is nothing funny about HSM2. I mean, except for the funny parts. It is everything I consider holy. Especially Troy.

I know this is actually boring and you are skipping to the subsequent remark, but I just wanted to throw you an enormous thanks – you cleared up some issues for me!
