That was a ton of fun everybody! We broke my commenting record (At 82 previously) and I got to say hello to a lot of new people.
I was going to take photos of the drawing process, but I got totally pissed off with my printer and so I just decided to get on with it already.
Did you know that 113 comments in a normal 12 point Times font takes TWENTY EIGHT pages to print?
Not cool. No, not at all.
So, I shrunk the font down to 6 points and reduced the pages to 14 in order to save the trees.
(6 point font is really, really TINY in case you are wondering. It’s a wonder I didn’t have to used a freaking microscope to read the winner!)
Cutting the strips folding was quite the process as well, but I finally finished and put all the comments into a big tub, mixed and shook for a really long time and DREW!!!

82 comments??!! 113 comments??!! I think the most I ever got was the 22 comments on the post where I announced Liam’s birth. DAAAANG. You got some fans, girl. :)
Next time, make a spreadsheet of all the commenters (in one column), then make a column of random numbers and reorder the commenters based on that to pick your winner. Or just say you did that and give me the prize.

Okay, this is going to come across as snarky, and I really am not saying it that way.
After reading your post about the beginnings of your blog life, and your revelations along the way, and then coming to this post…I have another revelation for you. You can use this site: http://random.org/integers/, plug in how many comments you have, and it will generate a random number. That number is the winner. No printer, no trees killed, more time to actually read the comments, and a lot less curse words. Hope it helps if you have another giveaway :)
