I'm soooo excited. Every year at this time, Neil from Citizen of the Month has an internet "Christmahanukwanzaakah" concert. Bloggers sign up to sing, play, or hum a holiday ditty and post it on the internet for Neil to link to.IT IS ALL KINDS OF AWESOME and sooooo much fun to listen to. It's my first year participating and I think you should, too! GET THEE TO NEIL'S BLOG AND PUT YOUR SELECTION AND JOHN HANCOCK IN THE COMMENTS SECTION!
(And seriously? There are ALL levels of talent so none of that crap about how you aren't musical. I'm still waiting for someone to play the spoons, because THAT? Would rock.)

I am so flippin’ excited. Just when I think that God, this world and the people in it are all in on some hideous, soul-crushing joke that can only end in misery for humankind, I am reminded that good things CAN HAPPEN to good people! My friend, Jen “Blogging at Work” just found out that after years and years of trying, she is finally pregnant! Please go over and wish her congratulations if you have a minute. She deserves it!

Thank you so much for your excitement Loralee! We are really excited and it’s the best Christmas present we could ever have gotten (even though the husband thinks our new tv is a close second). It’s going to be a long next 7 months because I just want this baby to be here, but so worth it!
