Paris Hilton is going to jail for 45-days. I’m just glad she didn’t kill anyone. Can you imagine what a pain in the butt it would be to be one of her CO’s? QUITE the little wake-up call she has coming.
Almost earned that Twix Bar I’ve had my eye on…

ya know, I was just reading about that and I really felt bad for her parents. It’s got to make them feel like failures that there daughter is the butt of so many jokes and has a problem with DUI’s. And then to have it so publicized. I suspect she is getting what she deserves, but none the less, I feel for her folks.
Don’t forget that lovely video a few years ago. Can you imagine that as a mom or dad? EEK!
I always feel for innocent family and loved ones in cases like this. I’ve been on that end and it is hard to go through.
It would be mortifying to know your kid had every advantage on the planet and this is how they turn out. Maybe the is a lot of the problem, who knows?
I have to admit that I was a little bit thrilled when I heard about this. I can’t even imagine what it would be like to be one of her parents. The video, the DUIs and the general waste of life doing nothing, but going to parties. She acts like some insane teenager and she is 26 years old! It makes my head hurt. If my daughter turned out like that I would never leave the house.
I think the money does have something to do with it. When you already have everything what’s the point of trying to make something with your life or trying? Though she would do well to take a hint from Mrs. Gates or Oprah and use all the money and opportunity to make a difference in the world.
as a complete star trash whore, this was some of the juiciest news of the week. i do feel bad for her mom and dad, but they could have reined her in a bit, i would think. she’s a completely spoiled brat.
if i had broken my probation, i’d be going to jail, too. it isn’t like she’s being punished for nothing. i wonder what the jail will be like. they probably can’t put her in with the regular peeps.
Actually, the article I read said that when the prosecutor recommended jail time, Paris’ mom laughed, and when the judge read the sentence, she asked, “Can I have your autograph?” So I think she’s more bothered by the fact that her daughter is a spoiled brat than that she’s going to jail.
This is what I just read:
After she received her sentence and most people had cleared the courtroom, Hilton cried. Moments later, her enraged mother shouted at the prosecutors, “You’re pathetic,” and asked sarcastically, “Can I have your autograph?”
So, if that is the case, the sympathy really isn’t there for me anymore. Clearly, she wants her daughter to receive special treatment and doesn’t give a damn about the fact that her daughter keeps breaking the law.
