A little crazy. A lot of fun.
Speaking of men in the kitchen, it is kinda bizzare how many awsome guy chefs I know. This is one. Trent! He rocks at sushi, cheese cake and is the reason I know how to make Mahumurra (translation: the awesome garlic goo with pita bread that a lot of people like). He was on some really hefty pain killers and was fairly stoned the entire time. I love this picture.
